Bad day still bullish although

Today the worst day I've had was there probably this upward trend started a few months ago. It's funny, because I start was to bearish on the markets to get or at least think we went to get a pullback day after looking at the VIX yesterday, and I still, on long to buy shares in the morning session.

Long history na I'm right all cash now, but after views of the charts today is a clear head evening, I guess today is down move is nothing to fear.Volume on the NASDAQ expanded but refused on the Dow while broken wurden.Ich have shaken from my positions no big trend lines at the end of the day, and I wish I had that trade back.

Be worried if we get our first red candle on this 3line break chart. The ADX is off the charts.Normally, if the ADX > 40 is cause for concern, with him there is extremely high in close to 50 ist.Allerdings the short sales is too risky, until we know am a clear structure in the Charts.Ich, many people will this is great move down, that was long overdue say, but I'm just not see it right now.

Wall Street bears still in control

Comments(0)

The bulls celebrated last week, but I think the Wall Street bears walking have the last laugh.Using the RSI can we see, we are entrenched in a bear market and until that changes I wouldn't on too many long Trades. With that approaches being said my market system a possible bullish cross, when we a few more positive closes, but the pressure is really to prove that it has this rally around all legs on the bulls.

I have trimmed most my long positions because the chances fade here prefer one, but if my system bullish goes this week, again in some long ETF I directly werde.Ich not home right now and I have some potential bearish stocks, I'll try that and Tweet if I home komme.ANF is one from the top of my head.

Volatility still Up

As expected, we had a strong bounce up from the oversold levels.

I will be short:

Today's rally up is logical reaction on high volume surges during May 6-7, 2010 decline.

The good news is that today's trading session daily volume on all indexes (NYSE Composite, Nasdaq Composite, S&P 500, DJI, etc) is lower than the daily volume we had on May 6-7, 2010. We may see changes in the money flow toward positive readings. Many technical indicators became bullish suggesting a possibility of further recovery.

Not very nice news is that the volatility remains on high level and still is raising. Today's advance was quite strong - we have not see such strong daily gain since 2008th stock market crash. Because of that, Even I consider that the odds on the side of up-move, I would be very cautious and I would not be strongly bullish until I see some decline in volatility.
